For example, Price Consulting Group was engaged to assist Fiona Stanley Hospital recruit multiple administrative and medical positions including 12 Medical Consultants/Professionals, 18 Bookings Clerks, 14 Executive Assistants; 12 Clinical Application Trainer/Support positions; 4 HR Officers; 4 Business and Activity Analysts; and several management and support positions. It required the assessment of overseas applicants for specialist medical positions, including authenticity checks such as visa, qualifications and overseas referee checks, in very short turn around times.
Quarantined and Targeted Recruitment: Project managed several staggered/rolling processes of multiple positions with different stages commencing at different times following organisational restructuring. One example is the Central Institute of Technology which was a high volume and high complexity assignment, with very short times-frames. There were a large number of pools of varying job descriptions, across a range of levels, comprising more than 30 positions to fill. This project included the recruitment process design; planning and scheduling of actions; internal team and stakeholders briefings; customised recruitment tools; and, working with and updating agency staff undertaking parallel segments of the project.
Graduate Recruitment: Designed and project managed various Graduate Recruitment Programs using a wide range of methodologies focusing on timely and cost effective approaches to meet business needs.
