Associate Consultant

Victoria has over 8 years’ experience in providing a quality human resources consultancy and advisory service to the public, private and not-for-profit sector. She has a wealth of knowledge in end-to-end recruitment, classifications, job design, organisational changes, redeployment, public sector legislation and agreement interpretation. 

With both private and public sector experience, Victoria has been responsible for managing a variety of recruitment and selection processes and has demonstrated experience in recruiting for roles at all levels. Through the use of forward thinking and innovative attraction and retention strategies, she has successfully recruited for a wide range of roles from entry level and graduate pools to technical and executive roles. She is familiar with the use of online tools, video screening and psychometric and aptitude testing to aid her through this process where necessary. She is strongly committed to creating a fair and diverse workplace.

She also has experience in classifications and job design within the public sector. She has guided managers in restructuring departments, change management and amalgamating business units to streamline processes and increase productivity. Through these changes, she has case managed redeployees and redesigned and amended job descriptions.
