Senior Associate consultant

Sarah has over 15 years’ experience in human resource management including recruitment, organisational development, and change management working in both the public and private sectors. She has experience leading and managing programs and teams across the human resources and organisational development functions, including experience leading large transformational change and cultural development projects and programs.

Sarah brings a contemporary and human-centric approach to delivering bespoke outcomes that improve organisational effectiveness. She works in partnership with business leaders and stakeholders, taking the time to understand their needs and operating context to design, develop and implement solutions to enhance culture and capability.

Sarah brings a depth and breadth of skills and experience in the areas of learning and organisational development, leadership coaching, strategic business and workforce planning, recruitment and selection, cultural development programs and change management. Sarah joined Price Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant in 2022.

Sarah has successfully led the design and delivery of a range of organisational development programs through application of research-based change management methodologies. She has developed values-based and leadership capability frameworks that guide performance and shape workplace behaviours. She has implemented recruitment and selection process improvements to realise greater efficiency and effectiveness. Sarah has designed, developed and delivered a range of programs across the spectrum of workforce practices from recruitment and selection training to large-scale leadership and capability development programs.
