ROSE-ANNE ROBINSON

SENIOR ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Rose-Anne has gained diverse experience in human resources, recruitment, project management, administration and financial management.  She has managed and supervised teams and supported Agencies through complex restructures, prepared strategic policy and business cases in both HR and administrative principles, and investigated and applied quality improvement processes to continually refine services. 

Rose-Anne’s experience and applied knowledge in multi-discipline recruitment and HR practices within the State government have been applied across agriculture, science, health, housing, heritage, infrastructure, education, maintenance services, compliance, regulatory, financial, corrective services, justice, business development and integrity sectors. 

As part of Rose-Anne’s services provided to the recruitment activities of government agencies, she has led, advised and educated multi-disciplinary teams through a range of recruitment processes, which have included multiple level, large pool processes, and Graduate and Vocational recruitment.  Rose-Anne has managed large and complex projects, requiring a high level of integrity and confidentiality, and processes under Section 50D of the Equal Opportunity Act, Specified Callings and Executive recruitment.  With expertise in utilising most facets of recruitment systems such as RAMS, Rose-Anne’s achievements include providing strategic advice for advertising, application methods, job-testing and alternative methods for managing high volume, multi-level processes.

Rose-Anne joined Price Consulting Group as an Associate in 2021.  Prior to this she provided recruitment, HR management and consulting services to the WA State Government for sixteen (16) years as a Senior Consultant; and was employed in the State Government for sixteen (16) years in positions that had a Human Resource focus which required understanding and application of employment, recruitment and Human Resources policy and procedures.
