Michelle has over 25 years extensive experience in both strategic and operational environments in the private and public sector.  She has designed and implemented many strategic people management and workforce development initiatives that support change, shape culture and develop management capability to acquire, retain and develop the desired workforce and culture.

These include employee experience models, attraction and retention strategies, employee recognition programs, policy frameworks, performance management systems and diversity and inclusion plans and strategies.   Michelle also has experience in delivering workforce services such as recruitment, talent management, job classification, performance management and disciplinary matters. 

With a passion for fostering an environment of respect and inclusivity; Michelle approaches her work with curiosity and people with compassion and kindness.
