Marisa brings over 25 years of executive management skills and experience to the consulting role having worked across all tiers of government and the not for profit sector in a number of executive roles. Her specialist skills are in leadership coaching, conflict management, investigations, performance management, performance appraisal, generalist HR and organisational development including recruitment, cultural change management and workshop facilitation and training.
Most recently Marisa has worked for Local Government advising and consulting on all aspects of Human Resource Management. Marisa’s interest and skills are in developing managers to manage for performance, to deal with issues strategically and to lead and engage staff through the development of clarity, trust and outcomes.
