Louise is an outcome- driven and achievement focused leader with over 15 years’ experience in operational and strategic human resource management, organisational development and business administration in both the public and private sectors. Louise has delivered strategic
initiatives that improve workforce and organisational effectiveness, including experience in designing, implementing and leading large projects and programs. Louise was a finalist in the IPAA 2022 Achievement Awards as Human Resource Management Practitioner of the Year.

Louise is a highly engaged and skilled communicator and can articulate strategic vision, strategy and values in a way that is understandable to employees. She is highly skilled at influencing and dealing with complexity and maintains a curiosity that allows her to consider other
perspectives and adapt where necessary.

A critical understanding that Louise brings to her work is that strategies and actions need to be at two speeds: long term goals delivered by short term pragmatic actions aligned with long term strategy. Louise is innovative in her solutions and brings a system thinking approach to proactively address business needs to ensure organisational culture is characterised by engagement, innovation, accountability, employee centric and performance delivery.

Louise brings a breadth of skills and experience in the areas of Senior Executive Services (job redesign, business cases and executive recruitment) employee engagement, HR policy and procedures, change management, employee engagement and experience, recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development and strategic project development and implementation. 

Louise has led and managed multiple high profile change management, structural realignment, and job redesign for a wide range of organisations, this includes the development of change management plans.

Louise has developed leadership and management frameworks, performance management systems, values workshops, employee experience models, diversity and inclusion plans and a number of other strategic initiatives and programs.
