KARYN BRYNJOLFSON

SENIOR ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Karyn has over 25 years of experience working across a diverse range of organisations, including private companies, non-profit organizations, tertiary education, local government, and the public sector. She has held both operational and strategic roles in human resources and possesses expertise in talent acquisition, organisational design, policy development, workforce planning, generalist HR, employee relations, and change management.

Karyn’s background includes leading the resourcing function in WA’s largest local government. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic workforce plans.

An experienced change practitioner, Karyn has recently focused on supporting large digital transformation projects. She has developed tailored change management strategies that align systems, people, and processes to manage the people side of change effectively. Her strengths lie in her creativity and ability to collaboratively design and implement innovative change initiatives that support new working methods.

Karyn joined Price Consulting in 2022, working remotely from Sun Peaks Resort in British Columbia, Canada. She returned to Perth in June 2024 to rejoin the company.
