Her extensive industry experience spans across government, resources, construction, professional services, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors, offering a comprehensive perspective on diverse hiring landscapes.

In addition to her expertise in executive search and talent acquisition, Celeste has held significant roles as an Organisational Development Manager and Employee Experience Lead which has seen her build and deliver strategic workforce planning, culture and values refresh programs and leadership development programs. Her experience as a PRINT Facilitator and workshop leader further underscores her ability to drive organisational change and build high performing teams.
