She has successfully led complex organisational reviews and restructures, underpinned by robust change management frameworks that support smooth transitions and long-term value creation. Her ability to translate strategic intent into practical, people-centric solutions ensures clients are equipped to meet evolving business challenges.

Her broad expertise spans recruitment and selection, strategic business and workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development, job design and evaluation, and capability framework development. She is also a skilled facilitator and leadership coach, having designed and delivered a range of programs including recruitment and selection training, as well as diversity and unconscious bias training.
