Di has been a Company Director since 1998 and is an experienced Consultant with a background in strategic planning, organisational development and human resource management including executive search and recruitment. Di is supported by a team of highly skilled senior human resource professionals.

Di has a track record of working in partnership with clients to improve their performance and productivity by applying her wealth of operational and strategic understanding of business and human resource management to any assignment. She has worked with executive teams and their staff to facilitate strategic planning and corporate development processes including change management strategies. She has also assisted clients to review and implement new organisation structures and has expertise in job design and evaluation. Di is also an executive search and recruitment specialist and has developed attraction and retention strategies for clients.

Di is the founding Director of Price Consulting Group and has held several senior management and executive positions within the Western Australian public sector and the not-for-profit sector. Her experience includes appointments to several public sector corporate executive teams in addition to being appointed as a Board member and Chairperson of not-for-profit Boards.
