SENIOR ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Alison has over 30 years’ experience in a wide range of labour relations and human resource management roles in the WA public sector, with strong experience in recruitment, job design, classification determination, agreement negotiations, industrial relations, labour relations, policy and strategic development, legislative development, project and contract management, research and analysis, report writing, training and competency development, crisis management, employee relations, and personnel and labour relations advisory services across a range of WA public sector agencies including the Public Service Commission, Labour Relations and Main Roads.  She has also contributed to strategic planning and crisis management as a member of Corporate Executive.

Alison also has 15 years’ experience as a Board Director of two credit unions during which time she was a Director of the Tertiary Travel Board, a Director of the Financial Planning Board, Chair of the Credit Committee for 7 years, and an active participant of various Board Committees including Corporate Governance, Remuneration, Credit Risk Management, Finance and Audit Committees.  Alison has worked as a Manager Human Resources, Manager Corporate Development Strategy, Senior Consultant and Senior Advisor in the WA public sector, and joined the team at Price Consulting as a Senior Associate Consultant in 2022.
