MANAGING DIRECTOR

Therese has over 15 years’ experience in human resource management, organisational development and education working in both the public and private sectors. She has experience leading and managing people and teams across the human resources and organisational development functions, including experience leading large transformational change and cultural development projects and programs.

Therese brings a contemporary and forward-thinking approach to delivering fit for purpose outcomes and solutions to improve organisational performance and productivity. She works in partnership with business leaders and stakeholders, taking the time to understand their needs and designs, develops and implements solutions that better align the organisation’s culture, capability and strategic objectives to enable high performance.

Therese brings a breadth of skills and experience in the areas of recruitment and selection, training and development, leadership coaching, strategic business and workforce planning, organisational design, cultural development programs, change management and job design and classification. With both private and public sector experience, Therese has been responsible for managing a large number of recruitment and selection processes. She has experience recruiting for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles at all levels i.e. from entry level through to senior executive. Her experience includes conducting executive searches as well as pool processes.

Therese has led and undertaken organisational reviews and restructures for a wide range of organisations, this includes the development of change management plans. She has developed capability frameworks for the purpose of improving workforce performance and managing workforce behaviour. She has undertaken workforce management process re-engineering to improve efficiency and deliver better outcomes. Therese has designed, developed and delivered a range of training programs, including recruitment and selection and diversity and unconscious bias training.
