Sue Pedersen has over 25 years’ experience in human resources, policy, strategy and stakeholder relations across the public sector. She is an experienced human resource consultant with a contemporary understanding of WA public sector HR policies, frameworks and legislative requirements.
Sue has considerable experience in strategic and tactical HR roles in the state public sector. Her extensive generalist HR background includes recruitment and on-boarding, performance management, job design/classification, performance management, industrial relations, as well as management of discipline, grievance and misconduct matters.
In addition to the above, Sue has managed HR consulting projects underpinning organisational transformation, including providing services in job design, evaluation and recruitment.
Sue joined Price Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant in 2018; prior to this she was employed in a range of senior HR management roles in both the WA state public sector and local government. Sue has also worked as a HR consultant in her own business.
