Rosie has over 15 years of experience working in the WA public sector for both small and large multidisciplinary organisations. She brings a wealth of expertise in various HR areas including the development of innovative and contemporary recruitment and selection techniques, coordinating large graduate program recruitment, structural reviews and job design and coordinating and facilitating change management processes including expertise in redeployment application and management.

Rosie has developed a broad range of HR generalist experience within the WA public sector. Her strengths include the ability to partner with her clients to understand business needs and provide innovative and contemporary solutions to complex HR matters, demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into practical outcomes that can be delivered effectively, and providing an excellent customer focused service to meet the needs of her clients.

Rosie joined Price Consulting Group in 2019. Prior to joining Price Consulting Group, she was employed in a range of HR Team Leader and Business Partner positions within the WA State Government.
