SENIOR ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT
Maureen has over 20 years’ experience in human resource management and organisational development including organisation design, structural reviews, change management, workforce planning, job design and evaluation, executive search and recruitment.
Maureen has reviewed organisation structures and service delivery models for a large range of organisations, and has led change management and strategy implementation processes. She has developed strategic workforce plans and competency frameworks for several clients. Maureen has extensive experience in job evaluation and has a solid track record in preparing business cases for senior executive positions and in undertaking classification assessments for a wide range of positions. She has designed and delivered training in job classification. Maureen also undertakes executive search and has a wealth of experience in recruitment and selection for senior executive, management, professional, technical and general positions.
Maureen joined Price Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant in 2001. Prior to this, she worked for ten years in corporate and management roles within human resources at the Water Corporation.
