JANE NICOLSON

SENIOR ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Jane has extensive experience in human resources, employee relations and organisational development, acquired during a 25 year career in public sector and higher education organisations. She has most recently held senior leadership positions in the WA public health and TAFE sectors, as well as at WA Police.

Jane was previously an Associate Consultant for Price Consulting Group from 2007 – 2013 and has recently returned, bringing with her a contemporary understanding of the WA public sector legislative and policy framework. Jane has a particular interest and expertise in organisational development, managing corporate change, and leading values-based workplace culture programs.

In addition, Jane has specific experience in organisational design and restructuring including job design and recruitment, HR project management and strategic planning and is skilled in workplace training and facilitation, executive coaching and leadership development.
