Andrea has over 12 years’ experience in general human resource management which includes a strong focus on recruitment.  Since commencing with Price Consulting, Andrea has assisted with the recruitment process for positions within the Department of Health, Department of Transport, Department of Communities (Child Protection and Family Support) and Department of Education.

Andrea has been responsible for recruitment at all levels, from administrative roles through to senior management and executive positions and includes bulk recruitment, assessment centres, graduate recruitment and specialist/niche market recruitment.

Andrea’s generalist human resources experience has exposed her to many facets of people management.  These include the full recruitment and on-boarding process, performance management, job description development, performance review structures, industrial relations matters and work health and safety.

Andrea is conversant with the best methods for attracting the ideal candidates and offers an exceptional service to those candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Andrea joined Price Consulting Group in 2016; prior to this she was employed in a range of human resource management roles in corporate and not-for-profit organisations.  She has operated within numerous industries including Banking & Finance, Recruitment Consultancies, IT, Mining, Retail & Manufacturing including Wattyl, NAB and Scitech.  Andrea has specialised in recruitment in banking, resources (engineering) and the public sector.
